-Bir çizer olarak çalışmaya ne zaman başladınız?
Çizime aklımı başımda tutabilmek için bu senenin başında başladım. Çizim her zaman benim için kendimi boşaltma yöntemi ve daha iyi bir kendimi ifade etme yöntemi oldu. Eskiden dişi bakışlara odaklanan heykeller yapıyordum ancak tasvir etmek istediğim mesajları iletmek için çizmenin daha iyi bir yol olduğunu fark ettim. -When did you start as an illustrator?
I took to illustration the start of this year in an effort to just keep myself sane. Drawing has been a great outlet for me and a better way for me to express myself. I used to make sculptures focusing on the female gaze, but it seems drawing is a better way for me to communicate the messages I want to portray. These messages being things that have affected me over the years and that effect women on a daily basis such as sexual harassment, mental health issues, equality and being body positive.

-What inspires you and your work?
Everything I draw is a depiction of my own life, the things I see or witness or experience. I use to draw a lot around how I was feeling on certain days, like scrubbing my face so hard it changes to someone else’s or having a guy whistle at me from a van and then me wanting to put his male ego (penis) in a blender. Every little thing that I think is relatable or funny or weird I make a note of and then try form into some sort of drawing.

-Tell us more about your art.
What is the thought behind dick candles? Is there an idea they are representing?
The dick candles started from wanting to create something sculptural and that people could buy and enjoy. It's just a funny representation of the saying 'Burning down the patriarchy!' Again using the penis as a symbol of the male ego. I just think its funny and a great object to have to lie around the house, almost like a little reminder that we need to keep fighting for equality.

-What is the best thing to do the people think they can harass you because of your work? What do you do to handle them?
I haven't had much harassment about the things I draw or post, to be honest. I mean the occasional guy will ask me why I'm so obsessed with dicks. To be honest, that isn't really an insult, well I don't take it as one anyway.

-Is there anything coming up that we can look forward to —you know, besides from your illustrations?
I am going to be exhibiting at a few shows next year. I am also still touring my work with kid bell and her dick pic show which is exhibiting all over America.
